Dawn is a 10 year old girl living in the region of Sinnoh, aspiring to become a Pokemon Coordinator. She starts by heading towards the Pokémon Laboratory in Sandgem Town on her bike to get her starter Pokémon, but she's completely perplexed by the roads. After arriving at Professor Rowan's laboratory, she gets her first Pokémon; following this, she sees Mesprit. Ash arrives in Sinnoh by ship, has an aerial battle with Team Rocket, and loses Pikachu in the forest.

Spinoff based on the Nintendo DS RPG game by SEGA, released in Japan July, 2008. In a world where humans serve as livestock for the ruling beastman, and where sand fills the roles of water and fire. Kyrie is recruited by the "World Destruction Committee" to assist in putting an end to their world. Kyrie alone holds the power needed to do it.
